Thank you notes - a lost art? May 18, 2005

The boys over at Creative Arc blog about the importance of sending a thank you after completing a project, meeting a new contact or thanking someone for a lead.

At the Chopping Block we actually have Thank You Notes that are designed specifically to coordinate with our identity system. I’ve thought that this has always been a great idea because it shows your clients that they are important to your business. It’s something that goes much further then the digital norm of sending an email and making edits with a simple backspace. Doing this makes you actually think about what you want to say before writing it down (who wants to waste good card stock!) and ensures that your words are thoughtful, truthful and sincere.
