JJeffryes shares his Design Contract that he uses. It seems to be an adaptation from the book Business and Legal Forms for Graphic Designers. Definitely a good started for anyone who has been slacking at preparing their own contract. *Wink, wink, nudge, nudge*

The boys at Blue Flavor have done it again! They’ve provided some insight into how they Price a Project. Most of the material speaks directly to the web design profession but is easily translatable to graphic design. In fact, they mention some terrific books you must own such as the GAG Handbook.

Unless you’ve been living under a rock for the past month, like I seem to have been doing, then you’ve probably already heard about the NO!SPEC initiative. I can’t say enough good things about this website and I am surprised that the design community hadn’t thought of it sooner.
