I have a client that brings in regular work, almost every day, not big amounts, but regular, and his business cards came back one day later than I said, and now he is hanging over my head that he is going to pull his business if his sign is not finished today because we let him down on the cards (shoot me for one day late!), I have people constantly thinking they are designers or the "read my mind thing" but they all the sudden seem to know what to do once youve done the job, then they have ideas and wont pay for what you've already done, I even had a guy that wanted a logo design and he approved it to later find out he coulndt register that name as it was already taken, he wouldnt pay either.. its the industry unfortunately.. thanks for the advice!
