In today’s graphic design industry, we are finding it more important than ever to concentrate on the business side of our creative studios. It is not that we have a need to be greedy, its that as the industry is progressing and evolving, qualitative and quantitative solutions are becoming more important and essential to return a substantial profit compared to other industries. With this evolution of the creative principals into the world of business, comes also the interest in project management to push the boundaries of what is capable within the resources of a creative company’s limits.
